Kale quiche
Ingrédients:

Kale |

| 1-2 tbs |
Olive oil |

| ½ |
Chopped onion |

Carrot cut into cubes |

Eggs |
|
| 1 cup |
Cream |
|
| 1 cup |
Gruyère cheese |
|
| 1/2 cup |
Breadcrumbs |
|
| 1/4 cup |
Parmesan |
|
| To taste |
Salt and peppeer |
|
| To taste |
Herbs of your choice |

Préparation:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Wash and dry kale and cut into thin strips (makes about 6 cups).
- Heat oil, add onion and carrots.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Add the kale and cook 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, add the cheese, salt and pepper, herbs and vegetables.
- Place on a plate and sprinkle quiche with Parmesan and bread crumbs.
- Bake 30 minutes.
