Delivery Driver

We are looking for a passionate delivery driver!
Since 2003, La Ferme aux Pleines Saveurs has been carefully cultivating a wide variety of organic fruits and vegetables certified by Québec-Vrai. Our products, offered fresh or processed, are distributed in Outaouais, Ottawa, and Montreal.

Your mission? As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for delivering our delicious products to businesses and customers while providing courteous and professional service.
Do you enjoy the road, physical work, and interacting with customers?
Responsibilities: Under the responsibility of the farm owners, the delivery driver will need to:
- Be responsible for loading the delivery truck
- Deliver fruit and vegetable orders to businesses and baskets to various delivery points
- Represent the farm during deliveries to clients
- Ensure the farm's visibility at different delivery points
- Promote the farm to customers
- Sort invoices and payments upon return from each delivery
- Fill out logs such as the truck’s fuel consumption record
- Ensure the cleanliness of the truck and report any mechanical maintenance needs
- Perform other related tasks
Desired Profile:
- Bilingual (French and English) and holds a valid driver's license
- Good knowledge of Outaouais and Ottawa
- Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Occasionally works under pressure
- Sense of responsibility and punctuality
- Customer service experience (an asset)

Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time
Compensation: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 18 to 35 hours per week

Your Role:
As a supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the field production team. Your mission: ensuring the proper growth of our crops while maintaining efficiency and the well-being of your team.

Responsibilities:
Under the responsibility of the farm owners, the supervisor will need to:
- Supervise the work of the field team (explain work techniques and check the quality of work done)
- Be responsible for task execution (assign tasks to team members)
- Ensure a healthy and respectful work environment and report any anomalies
- Fill out production logs
- Prepare required materials for task execution
- Keep work tools (shovels, hoes, etc.) in order
- Respect break times by calling the start and end of breaks
- Participate in harvesting, planting, and field maintenance of vegetables and fruits
- Participate in all other related tasks
Job Details
Requirements:
- Speaking Spanish is an asset
- General interest or knowledge of agriculture
- Autonomous while also able to work in a team
- Punctuality, dynamism, initiative, and a sense of humor
- Experience and/or training in organic agriculture is an asset
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Contract Duration: 8 months
Compensation: $18.00 to $27.00 per hour
Expected Hours: At least 45 hours per week

The mission of our company is to contribute to a healthy lifestyle by producing high-quality organic food for a local market.
The Administrative Agent in customer service will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support for organic basket subscriptions (sending newsletters, satisfaction surveys)
- Ensuring customer service and handling emails and social media messages
- Promoting company activities via social media, at promotional events, organizing events at the farm, etc.
- Assisting in the preparation of documents related to the product delivery routes
- Regularly sending price lists to businesses and individuals
- Entering data, invoices, and accounts receivable
- Assisting in the administrative management of human resources (preparing files for new employees, evaluation forms, etc.)
- Assisting in managing orders from two online stores
- Performing other related tasks
Requirements:
- Good computer skills (Office Suite, internet & SAGE50)
- Experience in customer service (Enjoy working with the public and ease of communication)
- Excellent command of spoken and written French (Writing ability)
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Autonomy and versatility (ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously)
